September: Columbia Climate March
In sponsorship with Columbia Sportswear, the Pioneers are holding a peaceful march for our climate. This event will conclude at Columbia Stadium, where there will be a raffle for tickets to the next game and a shopping spree at Columbia.

About the Event
A focal point of the Portland Pioneers is our involvement in important issues, and galvanizing the community to become engaged in said issues. Perhaps the most pressing is the rapidly changing and deteriorating climate.
In partnership with Columbia Sportswear, the Pioneers will hold a peaceful march on Saturday, September 12th. The Pioneers encourage everyone in the community to participate and march alongside Pioneer players, coaching staff, and management. The march will begin in Southeast Portland and conclude at the newly-built Columbia Stadium, where there will be local vendors and food carts who share the same concerns about the climate.
There will be a free raffle for participants in the march, and the winners will be given premier seats to the following day’s game, along with a shopping spree to Columbia Sportswear.
